一、基本信息
祝梦忆，男，1995年生，江西上饶人，2022年6月获管理学博士学位。现为江西水利电力大学工商管理学院讲师、硕士生导师。在Decision Support Systems、Internet Research、Information Technology & People、Journal of Business Research等国外高水平期刊、及《心理科学》《管理工程学报》等国内权威期刊上录用和发表论文10余篇。主持国家自然科学基金、江西省社会科学基金、江西省教育厅科技项目、江西省高校人文社科项目等国家级与省级课题多项；参与国家社会科学基金（重大、重点）、国家自然科学基金（面上）等国家级项目多项；主笔4篇资政报告获省委领导肯定性批示；获中国商业联合会科学技术奖三等奖、校优秀共产党员等荣誉。目前担任Decision Support Systems、Journal of Enterprise Information Management、Information Technology & People 、BMC Psychology等SSCI/SCI期刊审稿人。主要研究方向：数字技术与组织管理；企业数字化转型；在线平台用户行为。
